The scope of application of electromagnetic pulse valve and precautions for use?

Electromagnetic pulse valve is mainly used in dust removal equipment. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high purification efficiency, long service life, large air volume, and wide application range.

The electromagnetic pulse valve is divided into front and rear air chambers. When compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber closes the diaphragm assembly to the output port of the valve. The pulse valve is in the “closed” state.

The electrical signal of the pulse controller causes the electromagnetic pulse valve to move the iron core upward. The exhaust hole of the air chamber after the pulse valve is opened, and the pressure in the rear air chamber is quickly lost. The diaphragm assembly moves upward, and the compressed air is sprayed through the output port of the pulse valve. The pulse valve is open.

The electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air “switch” of the ash cleaning and blowing system of the pulse bag filter. If the valve is open for a long time and only closes for a short time, a normally open solenoid valve should be used. Special settings can be made when it is used in short-time work system and the batch is large. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse injection controller, the filter bags are cleaned and discharged one by one, so that the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

The more commonly used pulse valve is the DCF-Y-76S submerged solenoid valve. The diaphragm divides the solenoid pulse valve into two air chambers. The compressed air processed by the oil-water separator enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. At this time, the rear air The pressure of the chamber makes the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the “closed” state.

The pulse valve blows for about 100 milliseconds (the blowing time can be adjusted), the electrical signal of the pulse controller disappears, the pulse valve moves the iron core to reset, and the exhaust hole of the rear air chamber of the pulse valve closes, so that the actual pressure rises and the diaphragm assembly Close to the output port of the hair, the pulse valve is closed again.

Technical requirements of electromagnetic pulse valve:

  1. When the working air source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed;
  2. When the operating voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the product’s nominal air source pressure, the opening response time of the solenoid pulse valve should be less than 0.03s;
  3. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa~0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has been degreasing and dewatering;
  4. The product should be able to withstand a gas source pressure of 0.8MPa;
  5. Under the specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the housing should be greater than 1MΩ;
  6. Under the condition that the room temperature is between 5 degrees and 35 degrees and the relative humidity is not more than 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 250V to the shell, and there is no breakdown for 1min;
  7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to work normally after being subjected to vibration with a frequency of 20 Hz, a full amplitude of 2 mm, and a duration of 30 minutes;
  8. Under normal use conditions, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm should be greater than 800,000 times;
  9. There is no obvious damage such as peeling, scratches and burrs on the surface of the valve.
